Hall Porter

We are now recruiting experienced full-time hall porter to join our team Key Responsibilities of this role are: To facilitate guest requests in the Accommodation, & room service departments To carry out maintenance in rooms when required.
To assist with the luggage intake for individual guests as well as tours.
To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in all areas of the hotel including the out-door areas To assist with deliveries for the accommodation and Food & Beverage departments To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service.
They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills.
A good level of spoken English is required.
