In this role, you will play a key part in the operations of a corporate commercial property in Dublin 2.
Youll oversee essential property functions, including coordinating maintenance activities with contractors, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing compliance with Health and Safety standards.
A core aspect of the role involves maintaining accurate documentation and reports, ensuring seamless operations for all stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and at least two years of experience in commercial property or real estate management.

Duties Oversee day-to-day property operations within agreed budgets.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors.
Maintain detailed property records, including inspection reports, invoices, and budgets.
Assist in preparing and reviewing budgets with senior managers.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
Develop preventative maintenance plans and manage asset registers.
Prepare detailed reports on property conditions for senior stakeholders.
Support tender processes for service contracts and vendor selection.
Build positive relationships with tenants and promptly address concerns.
Drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Requirements Relevant qualifications in Property or Facility Management Academic or professional certifications are highly valued.
Commercial property management experience Minimum of 2 years managing or supporting corporate properties.
Strong administrative skills Ability to organize, document, and manage key records efficiently.
Proficiency in IT systems Experience with property management software is an advantage.
Communication skills Confidence in liaising with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders.
Organisational abilities Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive mindset Ability to take the initiative and solve problems effectively.
