The Hardware Logistics Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of International customer evaluations including documentation, delivery, timely return and recording in internal systems; and will also work closely with the Hardware Logistics team on the International revenue order process. (Hybrid role based from our Cork office)
Responsibilities Reviewing evaluation request documentation received and issuing evaluation units to fulfill POC requirements Following up on appliances out on evaluation to ensure they are returned in a timely manner Recording all evaluations, including documentation, in SFDC Working with the Sales and SE teams to understand prospective evaluation requirements Work with the Appliance Operations team and the external integrator to ensure all hardware orders (revenue and evaluation) are shipped and delivered in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner Daily review of logistics reports received from integrators and follow up on any/all issues arising Reconcile hardware movements across all internal systems Assist with the extended warranty process Work with Product Management, Engineering and IT teams on new hardware product roll-outs Assist the Hardware Logistics Supervisor to create a policies and procedures manual Other ad hoc projects as required Qualifications and experience required Education: 3rd level qualification or equivalent Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) required Experience in logistics or distribution within a manufacturing or similar US MNC environment would be beneficial but not essential Knowledge of import/export, shipping and freight procedures for EMEA, APAC, CALA is also beneficial but not essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Commitment to providing excellent customer service Proven ability to multi-task and deal with changing requirements Attention to detail and accurate, timely and diligent performance of all duties Team player, positive and flexible attitude Don't meet every single qualification?
