Your new company Our client based near Limerick City is currently looking to hire an experienced Accounts Assistant for a fast-paced and high-volume role in their growing SME to join their team in the New Year.

Your new role As Accounts Assistant, you will lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function in the organisation alongside a team of 4 others.
Training will be provided and there will be an initial probation period where you will be expected in the office on a full-time basis.
Account Payable / Account Receivable functions High volume supplier invoicing Updating and maintaining customer and supplier records via company systems Debtor account management Maintaining all agreements and platforms linked to the billing process Reconciliations of customer accounts Month-end report preparation Processing electronic transfers and payments What you'll need to succeed Accounting Technician/PQ or at least 3 years of accounting experience in Ireland assisting an FC SAGE 50 experience is advantageous Proactive and ability to work on your own initiative Communication skills - ability to communicate with staff, customers and suppliers Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Be trustworthy and honest Excellent organisational skills What you'll get in return Package:A competitive salary of between € and an end-of-year company bonus What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
