Your new company Hays has been retained to recruit a Design Architect for a large, well known Architectural Practice with offices in Dublin and Cork.
Your new role Our client are looking for a confident and forward-thinking Design Architect to join their Cork studio and contribute to a multidisciplinary major projects design team.
Responsibilities include: Large focus on drafting, designing and graphic design.
Working both autonomously and with direction to achieve desired results.
Collaborating with design team, stakeholders and senior architects.
Overseeing junior team members and offering mentorship.
Performing site visits.
What you'll need to succeed Min 3 years' experience with an emphasis on front end design with strong presentation skills plus part 3 qualification.
Strong Design Skills are essential.
Proficient user of Revit, Sketchup and other support graphic packages essential.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Excellent organisational skills, the ability to plan and work to agreed timelines, a thorough, diligent approach to work and driven to see things through to completion.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment.
Conscientious and respectful in communications, with excellent collaborative skills.
Motivated to achieve best in class design, construction, and project execution.
Willingness to take advantage of development opportunities The ability to think systematically and to interpret complex information is essential.
