Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently maintained.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage food costs and budgets, optimizing efficiency while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with the management team to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
