Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Main Duties:Plan menus, prepare, season, and cook foodstuffs or oversee their preparation.Monitor the quality of finished dishes.Supervise, organize, and instruct kitchen staff.Manage the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen.Ensure relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.Plan and coordinate kitchen work such as fetching, clearing, and cleaning equipment and utensils.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
