Minimum of three years' experience as Head ChefProven track record of delivering a high quality food offering from a busy kitchenPositive leadership style with excellent communication skillsKeen knowledge of current food trends and ingredientsProven track record of building interesting, flavour-focused, popular menusHigh attention to detailGenuine desire to provide a true hospitality experienceExceptional share of tips included with salary package.Work week is Wed-Sun.
