We're seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen in delivering exceptional food experiences.
As a Head Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities: Menu development and execution, ensuring seasonal and innovative offerings.
Managing kitchen staff, training, and development.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
Cost control and inventory management.
Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant or pub.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
Excellent leadership and management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Remuneration:We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, along with a bonus scheme based on performance.
Additional benefits include a fuel allowance and the opportunity to participate in our stock option plan.
