Our requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
Expertise in preparing traditional Irish and UK-style cuisine.

Creativity and a passion for food, particularly in menu development.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
What we offer Starting Salary: €18/€20 euro per hour, gross per hour (before tax), based on experience.
Salary review after 90 days based on performance.
Relocation & Accommodation Support Long-term, low-cost accommodation is available for the right candidate.
Accommodation costs are negotiable at the job offer stage (€50–75 per week).
Current housing is 2km from the workplace, with staff carpooling provided.
New accommodations, either onsite or within walking distance, will be available between Q1 and Q2 2025.
Working Conditions Hours: 39-hour work week over 4 days, with 3 days off.
