As well as this, The Oak Room Restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2020, an accolade it has maintained to this day whilst The Golf Course at Adare Manor was named as the host venue for the prestigious 2027 Ryder Cup.

There has never been a more exciting time to join the team and we are now recruiting for a Head Host in the Carriage House.

The Carriage House is the bustling social heart of our resort. Since opening in April 2018, it has gone from strength to strength with an amazing team, both front of house & back of house, and has become one of the most visited outlets in our Resort. It possesses a team of over 40 passionate professionals in the extensive operation which includes Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Private Dining Area & al fresco style dining Terrace.

Our team of Hosts are at the forefront of our Food & Beverage outlets, they meet and greet our guests and ensure they immediately feel welcome in the Outlet. We are recruiting for an outgoing & organized individual to take up the role of Head Host in the Carriage House. This employee will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

Providing training and development of the host team Ensuring that all menus are constantly up to date, clean and presentable in folders Becoming competent with our payroll management system Monitoring our reservation system, liaising with the reservations team and performing pre-calling, booking confirmations and similar duties as requested Managing the guest database and inputting guest feedback cards Assisting with ordering of any items as requested by management Providing administrative assistance with duties which may arise in the future on request from management Our hosts' professional attention to the minutest of details helps ensure that the guest's experience is a seamless one.
