Role Summary The role encompasses the authority to shape and grow the team in the areas of Program Management , Community Building , and E-learning Capabilities .
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the successful candidate will oversee the management and growth of all Educational Content , Instructor Certification Programs , including the Master Instructor Program , E-learning Tools , and the organization's global Community of Learners .
The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of learning, e-learning, and development with a proven track record of leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, to deliver transformative experiences to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a global strategy for all learning, e-learning, and development programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Build and manage a high-performing team across community, e-learning, and external partners to deliver exceptional programs across all platforms (digital, live, hybrid).
Cultivate and grow a thriving global community of learners, instructors, practitioners, and stakeholders, including the development of a digital community platform.
Partner with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless program integration and world-class user experiences.
Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to grow the organization's influence and reach within the fitness, health, and wellness sectors.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with organizations offering Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to their members, ensuring programs meet accreditation standards and appeal to professional audiences.
Lead the translation and localization of educational content to expand the reach of programs into new languages, cultures, and regions.
Drive innovation by integrating AI tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences, streamline content delivery, and tailor programs for diverse audiences.
Stay ahead of industry trends in e-learning, business development, and technology to continuously evolve the organization's offerings.
