The Head of Business & Operations Opportunity:With recent investment to the tune of €15 million in a leading-edge manufacturing facility, the business continues to thrive & innovate to meet the demands of the industry.
As Head of Timber Frame, you will demonstrate a hands-on approach to managing and coordinating the activities of the timber frame business through the achievement of production metrics including throughput, changeover times, minimising downtime, and driving ongoing improvement.
You will be required to ensure that all orders are manufactured and dispatched in a timely fashion and ensure that all operational, administration, H&S, and business controls are adhered to.
The role also demands a strong customer focus underpinned by sales and commercial acumen to drive business growth.
About you:5 Years' experience operating at a similar level within a timber frame manufacturing / Roof Truss facility or related construction sectorsTimber Frame and roof truss experience is a distinct advantageAbility to build trusted relationships with key customersProven ability of managing a business at a senior levelStrong business and commercial acumenExperience in developing and implementing strategic and business plansAbility to engage with a design team to ensure manufacturing is optimisedAbility to engage and motivate production teamsAbility to work under pressure in a changing environment to support our customersPassionate about meeting both Customer and Company expectationsAble to excel in high-pressure situationsExcellent organisational and leadership skillsIT literateSounds like a good fit?
