We are seeking a dedicated Head of Cleaning to lead our pot wash team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across our facility.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of cleaners, pot washers, and janitorial staff.
Oversee pot wash operations, ensuring all kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Manage the cleaning and upkeep of the entire facility, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining detailed records and conducting risk assessments.
Monitor inventory and manage supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.
Coordinate special cleaning projects and support event-related cleaning needs.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
