Head Of Compliance (Pcf -12), Investment Manager (Exclusive Role)

Our client, a regulated MiFID entity, is seeking a Head of Compliance & Risk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk and compliance frameworks,CBI relationship management and compliance advisory. You will report to the COO and work in a small team of experienced individuals. This role is hands on and strategic. Hybrid working on offer.
The Job Develop and maintain risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures Create a detailed annual compliance plan and comprehensive program of work Report to the senior leadership team and board with comprehensive updates on compliance work Own the relationship with the CBI with regard to compliance responsibilities Provide compliance advice in relation to the development of new funds Lead a strong culture of compliance across the company Manage the KYC requirements received from the portfolio companies from their banking relationships Prepare all materials for quarterly Risk Committee meetings including the Risk Register Conduct regular training sessions tailored to the firm's activities The Candidate Proven experience in a support role to a Head of Compliance or someone in a Head of Compliance or similar role within a regulated entity - ManCo, AIFM or MiFID regulated. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience in KYC and risk management Relevant degree in finance, law, or a related field Professional qualification in compliance or risk management preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
