Location: Dublin (as part of our hybrid working model with an average of 3 days in office per week).

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital transformation and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape, a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, and a passion for leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.
This role sits within the central Markets team within KPMG (over 40 people), reporting into the CMO and with 3-4 direct reports.
Key components of the role include: Website management and optimisationSEM/SEOContent marketingEmail marketingSocial media managementPPC advertisingInfluencer/brand ambassador marketingVideo/AR/VRAnalytics and reportingA snapshot of your peer group: Degree in digital/marketing, business, or a related field.Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).Proven track record in digital marketing leadership with a minimum of 10 years of experience.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels ideally within the B2B space, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Strong project management and organisational abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us.
