We're looking for a senior second line sales development leader with experience building efficient, scalable Sales Development teams. As the Head of EMEA Sales Development, you will work closely with Marketing & Sales leadership to create inbound and outbound pipeline programs for predictable revenue growth, manifesting our values and fostering an integrated sales culture. You will inspire your team, leverage data, understand pipeline dynamics, serve customers and stakeholders, and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development, customer experience, and operational efficiency, with strong B2B SaaS sales experience, and comfort in a high-velocity, freemium business model.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated base salary range is €135,800 - €183,400. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
