Are you an experienced Facilities Manager seeking a dynamic role? Our client is looking for a Head of Facilities to join their business as they continue to expand in Ireland and the UK. As an industry leader this role is integral for the further expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Facilities, you will:

Deliver professional facilities management across all sites, adhering to strict international safety standards, Oversee site services, buildings, facilities, and utilities, including electrical, gas, water supply, compressors, boilers, alarms, lighting, heating, UPS, storage tanks, HVAC, ventilation, and fire water & sprinkler systems. Manage the building management system, environmental systems, and coordinate with external contractors. Lead facility projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and safe installations, maintaining site efficiency and community well-being. Manage resources to meet all targets. Develop and implement facility strategies and management systems. Ensure all regulatory services, permits, permissions, registers, and calibration certificates are current and compliant with all relevant laws and standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Facilities Manager in a fast-paced, multi-site organization. Extensive knowledge of logistics and storage. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation. Experience with data logging and communication systems. Exceptional troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in asset operations and maintenance, with the flexibility to achieve results.
