Job Overview: HEAD of FLEET (Car sales & rental) The Head of Fleet is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of both car rental and car sales operations for the company.
This role focuses on strategic leadership in fleet acquisition, sales operations, fleet management, and ensuring optimal inventory levels across both sales and rental business units.
The Head of Fleet will lead a team of car sales managers, a fleet manager rentals, and a fleet purchasing manager to ensure seamless operations.
This role requires strategic planning, collaboration across departments, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Automotive, or a related field.
Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
10+ years of experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or rental industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in fleet acquisition, vendor negotiation, and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of automotive markets and trends.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
