Job Description The Head of Global Content & Communications is a seasoned editorial leader with extensive experience in crafting narratives within the B2B, SaaS, and technology industries. This individual will collaborate closely with the Heads of Brand and Product Marketing to develop quarterly plans that balance top-of-funnel (TOFU) brand stories with middle-of-funnel (MOFU) and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) solution narratives. This role oversees Content, Analyst Relations/Public Relations (AR/PR), Thought Leadership, and Social Media. This role will collaborate closely with other Senior Leaders in the marketing department to develop an integrated strategy and narrative that spans both product and brand. This unified approach will be utilized across all regional marketing channels to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. This position is ideal for a personwho thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, and can inspire their team to meet deadlines that support our global go-to-market strategy. Strong candidates will have abackground in editorial leadership, with experience in both internal and external communications. Essential Duties Develop the AMCS content strategy in conjunction with product and brand marketing and regional sales leaders to engage and enroll prospects and customers in the AMCS mission to build a more sustainable future for their business and our planet. Sets a vision for our global PR and AR storytelling that establishes AMCS as the leader in Performance Sustainability. Identify themes for thought leadership that broaden awareness of AMCS leaders and our mission in the sustainability solutions space. Lead an integrated social strategy that provides engaging content for each external and internal audience. Lead a team of communications and content professionals, acting as a player/coach across domains. Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to learn our industry and products Adopt a continuous improvement mindset partnering with marketing leadership to evolve as a best-in-class organization. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies. Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Experience in change management and employee engagement initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
