Cpl HR recruitment are delighted to go to market with an exclusive Head of HR, Medical position. This permanent role will have a large number of direct reports based in Dublin on a permanent basis. This role will report into the HR Director.
Role and responsibilities:
Provide best in class HR direction to a wide audienceSupport, guide and develop team membersEnsure the future people plans are in line with the strategy for the hospitalProvide operational and strategic support to 2 groups with varying demandsGuide on recruitment and selection process to ensure they are compliant Develop and implement robust performance management systems, development plans etcSkills and experience required:
