Head Of Interiors (Pharmaceutical)

About the Role: The Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Interiors to lead our design and fit-out projects across both residential and commercial sectors, with a special focus on pharmaceutical interior fitouts.
This role is integral to our companys growth, requiring a leader who can drive innovative design solutions while ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the interior design and fit-out process for pharmaceutical projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee all phases of project development, from initial concept through to final execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in pharmaceutical environments.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and project managers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continually enhance our design offerings.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in interior design and fit-out projects, including a strong portfolio in residential and high rise commercial developments - Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, particularly in pharmaceutical environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
