This role will suit a Head of IT Infrastructure with ambitions to match, taking on the challenge of scaling up an IT department in line with the company's needs.
Your mission will be to lead and grow a global IT Infrastructure org and estate. It is a fast paced, highly dynamic environment with high quality standards. The IT environment is a mix of on-premise and cloud, with security, reliability, and compliance all of critical importance. It is a Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMWare, Office365, ExchangeOnline).
Team Leadership, stakeholder management, and strong technical skills are keys to success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background as a Windows Systems Administrator, who has progressed into a Head/Director of IT Infrastructure. Experience successfully managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced enterprise is important.
