Your role as Head of ManufacturingIn this leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring that key performance indicators are met while fostering a high-performing, safe, and collaborative culture within the team. Your responsibilities will include:
KPI Management: Maintain disciplined oversight of site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a specific focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).Leadership and Coaching: Provide empowered, people-centric leadership by offering support, recognition, and growth opportunities.
