Head of Marketing – 12M FTC at 3 days per week Location: Dublin, Dublin Type: Contract I'm on the lookout for a Head of Marketing to join a growing EdTech company on a 3-day week, 12-month contract. This role focuses on building out robust demand generation funnels that drive high-quality leads at scale to their sales team.
If you have proven experience in creating and optimising demand gen strategies that deliver real results, I would love to learn from you.
Key Responsibilities: Generating high-quality leads to support revenue goalsCollaborating with Sales to plan marketing campaignsDelivering clear direction and feedback to the marketing team and contractorsOverseeing the execution of the established marketing strategyEnsuring optimised usage of HubSpot CRMEnsuring effective spend of marketing budget, particularly across paid channelsProject managing cross-functional projectsMaking strategic decisions based on data and available insightsCollaborating with the marketing team and cross-functional leaders to ensure operations run smoothlyMonitoring KPIs and reacting quickly to issues and trendsRequired Skills and Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with a particular focus on demand generation5+ years in people managementExperience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, particularly for a B2C audienceHubSpot CRM experience preferredExperience collaborating closely with Sales and working towards a shared revenue goalSerious about the role, but not so serious about yourself.Note: This role is for 3 days per week (24 hours), and we are mostly flexible on which days/hours you work. There is a requirement to be in the office one day per week.
