The Head of Marketing will develop a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. They are responsible for marketing media assets through promotions and events with new and innovative marketing methods. They oversee the use of integrated channels to attract customers and increase brand awareness. They also oversee general marketing, communications and public relations efforts.
Responsibilities:Creating messaging that sets our products and services apart from others in the market by leveraging their unique selling point.Working closely with the sales and product/service delivery teams to design and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and assist with developing sales tools that facilitate the selling process.Managing and leading content creation, such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.Planning, managing and helping deliver key marketing events such as webinars, product launches and conferences.Collaborating with partners to help drive integrated marketing initiatives that align with our objectives and strategy.Managing a small team of marketing executives so that they can have a significant impact on our company's growth.Skills, Knowledge and Experience:You will have a strong portfolio detailing previous successful technology related product and services marketing campaigns.Proven experience designing and implementing marketing plans covering strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.You will have excellent English language presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Technology with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position.Confidence in effectively leading, inspiring, and mentoring direct reportsNice to have:You'll have experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing etc.Demonstrable experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.Experience using WordPress, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dynamics 365 and Click DimensionsWorking Arrangement:Hybrid – minimum of 3 days per week in office.
