The role  We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team.
This role will be responsible for overseeing field marketing, internal and external communications/PR, brand management, and partner/rebate programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand reputation.
They will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with Ekco's global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities  Marketing Communications Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies to drive lead acquisition and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and Ekco leadership team to align marketing communication efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor and analyze marketing communications performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Field Marketing : Plan and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and local events.
Collaborate with regional teams to tailor marketing strategies to specific markets and audiences.
Measure the effectiveness of field marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Internal and External Communications / PR : Develop and manage the company's public relations strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Lead internal communications efforts to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
Develop communication plans to support company initiatives, culture, and employee engagement.
Manage internal newsletters, intranet content, and other communication channels.
Brand Management : Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies to ensure a strong, consistent brand identity.
Manage brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand standards.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Partners/Rebates : Develop and manage marketing programs with partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and maximize mutual benefits.
Oversee rebate programs to ensure they are effectively driving sales and partner engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to align partner marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Key Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in field marketing, communications/PR, brand management, and partner/rebate programs.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
