This role focuses on managing and optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to support the organization's goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and vendor management, with a proven track record of leadership in a dynamic environment.This position can be based in Dublin, London, Casablanca or Istanbul.
What will I be doing?- Oversee and manage all operational activities within the region to ensure alignment with organizational goals.- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets and objectives are met.- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance delivery and resolving any operational challenges- Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs and metrics, addressing issues promptly to maintain quality and service standards.- Collaborate with XFNs to develop and implement regional strategies that align with the organisation's overall objectives.
Minimum Qualifications- Significant experience and clear achievements in operations and vendor management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a keen sense of responsibility for data integrity.- Clear achievements in the successful management of large-scale, complex projects including change management execution.- Background in Trust and Safety Preferred Qualifications- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to influence without authority.
