The Opportunity We're looking for a Head of Product Operations to lead and optimise our Product Development roadmap.
This pivotal role is crucial in shaping operational roadmap planning, overseeing release and launch strategies globally, and aligning with regional teams to maximise the value our customers experience worldwide.
You will champion and lead efforts to improve processes, nurture cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, and ensure our Product Teams are equipped to deliver high-impact solutions effectively.
This includes managing team capacity planning and overseeing the successful delivery of Phorest's product development efforts.
The Head of Product Operations reports directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and is a member of the Senior Management Group, representing the Product team.
What you will doRoadmap Process and Program ManagementCreate and execute the roadmap program, including managing cross-team dependencies, risk monitoring, and project planning for effective roadmap deliveryCollaborate with key stakeholders within product and engineering teams to develop contingency plans for critical risks like resource shortages, timeline delays, or other dependenciesConduct regional input and escalation sessionsOwn and optimize the roadmap process with a quarterly refreshManage the roadmap communication, ensuring execution tracking and reportingCollaborate with the Director of Engineering to report progress to the company's leadership teamRelease Planning and Go-To-Market (GTM)Oversee the product readiness function to prepare for successful releasesEngage in operational planning with regional teams to ensure alignment with local rollout and Go-To-Market plansProduct OperationsDrive operational efficiencies within the product teamImplement and maintain tools and systems to support product team workflowsMonitor and track impact measures across all R&D teams, delivering a monthly ROI impact reportPeople and Culture LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing team.
