They are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a Head of Sales who is eager to make an impact. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of their growth strategy, spearheading initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities while managing and expanding their existing customer base. You will play a critical role in shaping their market presence, driving sales growth, and positioning them as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor and primary contact for all strategic discussions, support, and communication. Proactively seek out and engage new business prospects while nurturing and growing existing customer relationships to maximize account potential. Utilise your knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for expansion, revenue growth, and strategic positioning. Monitor account performance, analyse key metrics, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. What They're Looking For: A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets. Experience within B2B sales is required, ideally within Air Conditioning or Refrigeration. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends and develop effective sales strategies. A passion for customer success and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
