Job Introduction As an EHS Advisor at Sodexo, located at various site locations (80% on-site, 20% remote), you are also a proactive leader and safety advocate.
You will promote a positive culture of health and safety, providing solutions across all service lines while ensuring compliance with Sodexo UK&I Health & Safety, Food Safety, Risk, Business Continuity, and Environmental Policy and Processes.

You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you'll do:?• Drive and promote a positive safety culture through the activities outlined within this job description.• Review and implement policies and procedures for Health & Safety for contracts, liaising with operations teams to ensure appropriate monitoring and adequate training.• Provide competent and best practice advice in relation to Health & Safety issues across all service lines – catering, cleaning, technical, front of house, and security.• Help promote and develop a safety culture ensuring effective implementation of policies, procedures, and responsibilities throughout Sodexo's operational delivery.• Work closely with the Island of Ireland (IOI) HSEQ team.What you bring:• Diploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Broad commercial experience and business acumen.• Experience in risk management and business continuity planning.• Articulate and able to confidently present to all levels of management and colleagues.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.• Able to work outside of normal hours if an emergency situation arises that needs urgent attention.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
