We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Health and Safety Advisor to play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in safety, food safety, risk management, business continuity, and environmental compliance.
About the RoleYou'll be an ambassador of best practice, driving and promoting a positive safety culture across our corporate sites in the Dublin area.You'll have an eye for detail as you review and implement policies and procedures for Health, Safety & Quality, and liaise with operations teams to ensure that appropriate monitoring is in place.You'll be the go-to for advice on safe practice across various service operations.You'll bring your expertise to the table as you assist with the development of relevant training plans for our colleagues.You'll set the standard as you monitor and support the regular review of H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments, following up with action plans after audits to ensure the site complies with contractual and legislative requirements.You'll be a visible and positive influence as you undertake regular safety walks, inspections, and audits and report your findings to the HSEQ team.What We're Looking ForDiploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety.Commercial experience with an understanding of various service delivery functions such as Hard/Soft FM, Security, and laboratory services.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a difference in facilities safety practices.Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
