Job Title: Health and Safety Manager Location: Dublin Sector: Construction Day Rate: Up to €500 per day.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager for a temporary role on a high-profile construction project in Dublin.
You will be working for the main contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment on-site.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
Provide training and support to site personnel to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
Collaborate with project management and site teams to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety legislation.Requirements: Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the construction sector, preferably on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
