Health Care Assistant

*Note: No Sponsorship Available* Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is seeking dedicated Health Care Assistants on behalf of our clients, who bring over 20 years of experience in the nursing home sector in Dublin.
Responsibilities and Duties: Providing support to the nursing staff in delivering high-quality, holistic care to residents.
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and personal care for residents while preserving their dignity at all times.
Assisting residents with eating and drinking in accordance with their nutritional needs.
Supporting residents with mobility, utilizing appropriate aids as needed.
Escorting and transferring residents as directed by nursing staff.
Providing assistance with end-of-life care.
Performing any additional duties as assigned by nursing staff or management.
Qualifications Required: QQI/FETAC Level 5 qualification.
Practical experience in a caring capacity desired.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Professional, caring and empathetic nature.
Be comfortable working in a sometimes, challenging environment.
Have a good level of English language skills Good communication skills Availability to work varied shift patterns days, nights & weekends, across Monday to Sunday.
