FRS Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants (HCAs) for our esteemed client in Kilkenny.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals in all aspects of daily living, in line with their needs, preferences, and agreed care plans.
This is a full time role, the successful candidate must be willing and able to work rosters that include days, nights, weekends, and sleepovers as well as have a full, Irish manual license.

Requirements: Must be in Ireland.
A recognised QQI Level 5 Major Award Certificate in Health care Support (all 8 modules completed) A full, clean, manual Irish driving licence and own transportation are essential.
Must be willing to drive our transport vehicles.
Experience in supporting individuals with additional needs within a residential setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and report writing.
Ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Ability to ensure a safe working environment.
Basic hygiene and infection control knowledge.
Must be willing to participate in all activities.
Must be willing and able to work rosters that include days, nights, weekends, and sleepovers.
