Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Officer

We are looking to hire Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Officer in Limerick.Qualifications & Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, or Environmental Management (BSc or equivalent preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HSEQ role within the civil engineering, utilities, or construction sectors.Excellent knowledge of HSEQ legislation and best practices.Familiarity with safety protocols in high-risk environments such as underground utility works or electrical networks.Certification in Safe Pass and Manual Handling.Full clean driving license.Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence safety performance across all levels.Experience in managing safety incidents, investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.Desired Experience:Familiarity with electrical networks (HV, MV, LV).Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Knowledge of ISO standards and their application in the workplace.
