We currently have an opportunity for a new Customer Service Advisor to join our helpful and friendly team in Dublin. Working as part of the operations function, you will act as a liaison between our HSE and private hospital clients and our workers, coordinating the placement of our nurses and healthcare support workers into client shifts, often at very short notice, while assisting the growth of our client and nurse database.
Everyday you will… Answer telephone calls and emails from clients and input new shift information onto our bespoke software.Make outbound calls to workers to gain their availability for current and future shifts and encourage ongoing worker compliance.Book workers into shifts at hospitals and other clinical settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.Make outbound calls to clients to confirm worker details, establish additional demand, and enhance client relationships to assist business growth.What's in it for you?
