The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Healthcare Advisor who is a team player, has a positive can-do attitude, to join the Adrian Dunne Pharmacy Group which is one of Ireland's Best Workplaces 2023.

We provide this through our experienced dispensary teams who are highly trained and are always on hand to deal with any query regarding our customers' health, medication or even just some general well-being advice.

Responsibilities High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch Sales responsibility Knowledge of pharmacy products and services advantageous Cash management duties Adhering to company standards and procedures Merchandising and Marketing Purchasing and Stock Control as per company policy Dealing with sales representatives Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed   Skills and Experience   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent sales skills and customer service required Retail Pharmacy experience preferred, not essential Delivering sales targets Friendly and approachable Positive attitude A helpful and courteous manner Willing to work as part of a team Qualification in Retail or similar experience IT skills desirable Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, when required Fluency in English   Package Competitive salary Quarterly monetary incentives Employee Awards Recognition days Company-wide and branch social events Learning and development opportunities Paid wedding leave Long service days No late night or Sunday shifts Flexible working hours Employee assistance programme Corporate social responsibility initiatives Tax efficient travel to work schemes We are an equal opportunities employer.
