PE Global is hiring a Healthcare Assistant on behalf of one of our prestigious clients, a leading healthcare provider in Bruff, Co.
Limerick.
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional care to patients.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting patients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Supporting mobility, helping patients move safely, and ensuring comfort.
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
Experience with Dementia desired but not essential Providing companionship and emotional support, ensuring a positive and caring environment.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Requirements: Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is essential QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support Manual handling training (desirable).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
