About the role: Experience in working with challenging behaviours of Adults and Children with Intellectual Disabilities Work as part of a dedicated team, as well as independently if/when required Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with service users and all stakeholders.
Support the day-to-day running of services, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all.
Ensure adherence and understanding of HIQA standards and residential care regulations.
