Key Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with nursing staff to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
Assist residents with personal hygiene and care needs, always with dignity and respect.
Support residents with their nutrition and hydration, ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
Aid residents in mobility using appropriate equipment.
Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff.
Provide compassionate end-of-life care.
Engage residents in meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by nursing staff and management.
