Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with nursing staff to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
Assist residents with personal hygiene and care needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Support residents with their nutrition and hydration, addressing all dietary requirements.
Help residents with mobility using appropriate aids.
Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff.
Provide compassionate end-of-life care.
Engage residents in enriching activities that enhance their quality of life.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by nursing staff and management.
