Recruiting for: Healthcare Assistants Separated Children Seeking International Protection - Residential Setting Location: Cavan   Roles & Responsibilities          Promoting the rights and responsibilities of each young person within the service        Participating in the development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans        Promoting physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious welfare of each young person        Liaising with professionals in relation to the care of young persons        Adhering to policies and procedures        Documentation and report writing Qualification QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or a similar discipline) - all 8 modules are required Candidates must have:       Ideally a commitment to 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts per week (12 hour per shift)       Client focus, compassion and empathy are essential to the role       Team work as well as flexibility and the ability to work off one's own initiative What we can offer you:       Competitive salary scale based on experience       Extra allowances - Sundays/BHs       Available shift patterns: days (10am - 10pm) & nights (10pm - 10am)   Our positions may be suited to an individual looking to work in a busy environment, supporting young peoples' transition into a new life in Ireland.
