Impactful Work: Help create nourishing meals that contribute to a healthier community. What You'll Bring: Six months minimum experience in catering or bustling kitchen environments. Full-time availability, Monday to Sunday. Authorization to work in Ireland and successful Garda Vetting. Two professional references from the last five years. Proficiency in spoken English. Your Day-to-Day: Assist in meal preparation and serving with attention to dietary needs. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards. Manage food storage, labeling, and rotation to ensure freshness. Perform various duties to ensure seamless service to patients and staff. Consult with patients or parents about their food preferences and complete menu selection. Take food service trays back to ward pantry and dispose of any leftovers according to what the hospital policy dictates. Prepare each individual patients' food according to the specific diet plans specified by the nurse or dietitian.
