Experienced Healthcare Assistants or Senior Healthcare Assistants who are looking to take the next step in their careers or experienced supervisors looking for a new challenge Reliable, caring, and have a passion for caring Eligible to work in Ireland Key Duties and Responsibilities Community: Undertake spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community Undertake client reviews in relation to the care they are continuing to receive Carry out the completion of staff introductions in line with company policies and procedures Be responsible for staff shadowing – ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed Undertake emergency cover - Rapid response (filling new packages and discharges) Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to clients and report concerns to the area manager Support and assist with care team development Check and collect journal notes from clients' houses Deliver care plans, log sheets, and gloves to clients' homes when required Deliver PPE Office: Update online system documentation, i.e., reviews and spot checks Develop a planned working week by booking in reviews (including confirming with NOK and clients) Develop a system of completing spot checks with healthcare staff Be responsible for filing paperwork Provide support to coordinators with uncovered tasks in emergencies if needed Attend weekly check-ins with teams as required Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends on rotation 9-hour shifts Key Requirements 3 years of experience in Homecare or Healthcare QQI Level 5 Major/Support Full clean driving license Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English What Will Be Required from You to Complete: Garda Vetting International Police Clearance (If you have lived 6 months or more outside of Ireland from the age of 16 years old) Patient Manual Handling - In-house training 2 Days Induction - In-house training Perks of the Job: Competitive mileage rates Weekly pay Dedicated on-call support Employee Assistance Program Free manual handling training Career progression Training and development opportunities How To Apply?
