The PositionThe Opportunity: Healthcare Transformation Partner Are you a problem solver, passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? As a Healthcare Transformation Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying challenges and opportunities for transforming the patient experience and improving outcomes. You will collaborate with patient groups, hospitals, innovation teams, and other industry change agents to advocate for and catalyse system transformation for future healthcare.
Join us to: Build relationships with patient organisations and communicate key milestones throughout the product life cycle.Bring external insights into Roche to inform our strategies and identify broader healthcare trends.Identify challenges (such as system capacity, barriers to access) and opportunities for healthcare transformation that optimise the patient journey in Ireland. Potential transformation scenarios include providing care in more convenient and flexible settings (e.g. through digital solutions or alternative care models).Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify collective opportunities for healthcare evolution through advocacy, policy creation, or advancing delivery of national strategies.Work with global colleagues by bringing insights forward that shape portfolio and clinical development decisions and advance patient diversity and inclusion goals.Embrace impactful opportunities, such as patient-facing symposiums and speaking engagements at congresses, that advance the delivery of outcomes and demonstrate thought leadership.Who You Are You are someone who thrives in a patient-centric environment and is committed to transforming patient experiences.
