Hgv Mechanic - Bus & Coach

Manpower is recruiting an HGV Mechanic with our client who is Northern Ireland's Public Transport service provider.
*Light Vehicle Mechanics are welcome; experience on commercial vehicles is desirable but not essential.* Temporary role running to September 2025, with potential for extension or permanent opportunities.
Based at their workshop in Newry, you'll carry out mechanical servicing and repairs on a range of buses and coaches in the fleet.

£31,741 salary.
The RoleMechanical maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vehicles, buses, and coaches.Carry out vehicle inspections and complete relevant paperwork.Diagnose faults and take corrective action.Remove and replace vehicle parts.Work with colleagues and supervisors effectively.Work in line with company policy and health & safety.What we are looking forQualified Level 3 Vehicle Mechanic (Light or HGV).Preferably have experience on commercial vehicles, HGVs, and buses.Able to fault find and diagnose.Working knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.High standard of work, quality, and safety practice.Interested?
