Carpentry & Construction Team Lead HK Home Solutions Ltd Kildare, County Kildare €55,000€65,000 a year- Permanent - Full-time Location - Dublin based About the role We are a high end building and maintenance company operating mainly in south Dublin and beyond, bringing a high quality service to our clients homes.
We are looking for a hands on carpenter and team lead to assist and guide a small team of high end tradesmen on a day to day basis on multiple high end projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day guidance of a small team of highly skilled labourers and carpenters, while taking on some of the physical daily work tasks on our various projects.
You will work alongside management to help grow our company to the next level.
The ideal candidate would have a strong carpentry background with at least 8 years experience working on domestic construction projects, with 1st&2nd fix carpentry and furniture installation experience, must have a keen eye for detail and be meticulous by nature.
Specific Requirements 8 yrs plus carpentry experience in a similar environment Safe pass and manual handling required Full clean driving licence essential Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland Strong IT skills and proficiency with desktops, mobiles, and tablets.
Knowledge of modern and traditional construction techniques with ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work well within, and lead teams.
