As a Self-Employed Holiday Home Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to identify and sign up high-quality properties in high-demand holiday destinations throughout Ireland.
You will drive around beautiful parts of Ireland meeting with potential holiday homeowners and developing relationships with local businesses for referral opportunities.
Services required:  Arranging and conducting visits to potential holiday homes  Ensuring each new property is presented in the best possible light - through accurate descriptions and property reference photography  Developing partnerships with local businesses such as estate agents, developers, trades, and cleaning companies  Delivering a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities through various prospecting means including research, networking, cross-selling and cold calling  Gaining an in-depth understanding of the Shamrock's owner proposition and unique selling points  What are we looking for?

Ideally, we're looking for:  An understanding of the holiday letting marketplace and knowledge of the local competition and key market drivers  The ability to discuss and recommend a pricing strategy  Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently, persuasively, and effectively with owners  Awareness of relevant industry legislation and guidance  What's in it for you?
This role is for individuals who are results-driven and motivated by the flexibility and independence of being self-employed.
; all while earning with a pay-per-visit commission-based structure.
Please note : as this role is self-employed, you will need your own vehicle and IT equipment.
