We are currently hiring for a full-time Care Coordinator who will be based in our Blanchardstown office in North Dublin.

Applicants should ideally have 2 or more years of experience in the care sector, and experience with rostering is a big plus.

Responsibilities and Duties Ongoing maintenance of Clients' daily and weekly Carer visitsIdentifying suitable and available Carers for new ClientsMeeting Carers and working to create regular and sustainable Client visits for themScheduling of daily rotas and forward planning including managing holiday and sick leaveUsing our specialist rostering software to ensure effective utilisation of Carers' timeCommunicating regularly with Clients and managing their expectationsLive monitoring and updating of the Carer AppDealing with ongoing variations or changes to Clients' scheduling requirementsDealing with ongoing variations or changes to Carers' availability to workCommunicating effectively on all routine and emergency situations in a calm, reassuring, and decisive mannerParticipating in bi-weekly team meetingsWorking closely with Care Managers and Quality Managers to understand the requirements of Clients and Carers for effective matchingProviding support to other team members and other aspects of business operations as neededParticipating in the backup on-call rota after an initial settling-in period (approx.
one weekday evening per week for 3 months on and 3 months off).
